If you're looking for a Vancouver or BC depression support group, The MDA has the largest number of them to chose from.
People with
a mood disorder... Unipolar (Depression), Bipolar (Manic Depression) or
Panic /Anxiety Disorder are invited to contact the MDA. The MDA offers support
and friendship for those with the illness and their support people. They have depression and anxiety support groups throughout BC including depression and anxiety support groups in Mandarin, Cantonese and Punjabi.

Serves youth
who have issues of depression, substance abuse, and low self-esteem. A
one-to-one worker supports each youth by building trust, helping them
deal with challenges, and assisting them to reconnect with community support.

The Changeways
Program (604-822-7153) is a psychoeducational group program for clients
recently discharged from inpatient care for depression and anxiety disorders.
There are also other mental health services available at the hospital.

Offers a
professionally-led Depression Support group. The
Hospital also offers "Changeways", a closed group that uses
cognitive behavioural therapy to help people cope with their depression.

H.R. Mental Wellness Centre Depression & Anxiety Support Group
The Centre provides anxiety & depression support groups in a safe, caring, nonjudgmental, and compassionate environment. They also have a online support group.
