• Bulletin board
• Digital camera
• Small pocket-size pens

How do you decide what to do? (filters)

• By irritation level
• By negative consequence
• Time sensitive
• Financial importance
• Momentum (keep going when motivated or on a roll)
• Urgency
• Difficulty
• How long the task will take
• Stress reduction
• Easiness
• Important to others
• ROI (Return on Investment)
Before prioritizing, ask "Should I do this?"
Create a maybe/possibly list.

When is the best time to make a list?

Whenever is best for you.

How often?

• Make a list daily, then review and revise as needed
• Introduce structure, set a time and place to work on your list
• Review during the day and at end of day
• Note success, and why or why not

When do you change your system?

Look for patterns, when it is not working.
