Here's a list of Canadian Mental Health Association Offices.
If you go to the provincial offices, there's a list of the
offices by city in each province. If you contact your local
office they might have information on local ADHD support groups
or local ADHD resources i.e., coaches, therapists, doctors
who diagnose, tutors etc. If they don't you can let them know
about this site (i.e., general info on ADD, my listing of
Canadian
ADHD Support Group Listings by Province etc.)
and any other local ADD resources you know of. They may also
have resources or contacts for comorbid conditions often associated
with ADD i.e., depression, anxiety, OCD etc. One of the biggest
problems with ADD is invisibility, invisibility of awareness,
and invisibility of resources.
