ADHD
Support Group Resources
While Adult ADHD Coaches work over the phone and can coach you from anywhere, you need to meet Doctors, Psychiatrists, and Pyschologists in person. ADD Support Groups can be useful to find local people to diagnose ADHD and prescribe ADHD medication. They're also useful for connecting with other ADDers, learning about how to manage ADHD, and finding local ADD resources. Here's some resources to help you find your closest ADD support group, or if there's none near you, to start one.

How to
Start, Run, and Promote Support Groups
If there is no support group in your area, consider starting
an ADHD support group. Since most of these group are volunteer
run organizations, please try and help the group leaders by
volunteering some of your time. One reason ADHD support groups
shut down is because the people running it get burnt out because
they're often doing most of the work themselves
