These ADHD support groups are provided as a public service.
Adult ADHD Coach Pete Quily does not endorse or recommend any specific group.
Meeting
places and time vary. Please contact the group to confirm
places and times. If there is no support group in your area,
consider starting
an ADHD support group. Since most of these group are volunteer
run organizations, please try and help the group leaders by
volunteering some of your time. One reason ADHD support groups
shut down is because the people running it get burnt out because
they're often doing most of the work themselves.

Vancouver Adult ADD Support Group
We're a non profit affiliate of CHADD Vancouver. We offer support and education for adults with ADD through monthly meetings and we are the only Adult ADD support group in the lower mainland. Our members come from many cities in the region. We meet at Ravensong Community Health Center near Main and Broadway

monthly meetings that provide education and support to families
of children/youth with an ADHD diagnosis, adults with ADHD
and interested professionals. Provides continuing education
on ADD and is a community resource for information about Attention
Deficit Disorders. Members come from all over the lower mainland.

A biweekly parent gathering with a focus on parenting children with ADHD or BEHAVIOUR

June) from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Fraser
