I was interviewed in a 4 page article for the April May 2006 issue of ADDitude Magazine, the world's largest magazine on ADHD. The article focused on one of my Adult ADD coaching clients Jeff Hamilton
Jeff and I have written a book about his experiences in dealing with ADD, Pills Don’t Teach Skills, that and are trying to get published. The pills are useful, they can make it easier to learn the skills you need to effectively deal with ADD, but you won’t learn the skills just by taking a pill and doing nothing else.
